The Central Library, Diphu Government College, Diphu has been started functioning since 1965. It is the heart of the institution where education becomes student centered and encourage students to play a dynamic and creative role in their own education.
The Central Library is an RFID enabled and automated library integrated with open source software KOHA to provide services to Diphu Government College at large. The Library has automated system facilitation such as Self Service KIOSK, Issue/Return, Anti-Theft Detection System and CCTV Surveillance.
At present, the Library holds about 27900 books, 42 printed journals and 21 newspaper. The Library users can access e-resources under the N-list Program of INFLIBNET.
